CALL SHEET ......NO.1
We arranged a scheduled call sheet and this would be handed to all members of the crew and our artist before the shoot begins. This is to ensure there is no confusion about the meeting and what to bring to the shoot as well. This also includes what the day will consist of so everyone can prepare themselves and be aware of what is happening. We also, did this call sheet for every location because it would be less time consuming, because in the time that we would have to take out to explain what we will be doing, we could have been shooting. The call sheet consist of the location, date and time of the proposed shooting and any other necessary information required like costume for example.
Location: INFRONT OF GRAFFITI WALL AND AROUND BROADGATE ESTATE SITES.Curtain Road / Around Broadgate Estate (both very nearby, 5mins walking distance) Curtain Road Hackney

On Location: 12.00am Saturday 27th November 2010
Artist: Crucial (Real name: Usman Mirza)
Outfit: Nike trainers, plain black jacket with a hood (not too baggy or too fitted), 2 thick silver rings (on either hand), plain black snood (around the neck in some scenes and over the head in others)
Transport: Tube & Walking
11.00 : Everyone arrives at location.
11.30: Double check the areas we want to shoot.
11.45: Set up equipment on
Curtain Road
11.50: Check the artist is wearing suitable outfit and meet standards (Crucial's snood sometimes covered too much of the right side of his face as the wind blew so we told him to put it further back over his head to prevent this.)
12.05: Start shooting.
12.30: Take photographs of the artist (Crucial) for digipack infront of the wall of graffiti
12.45: Pack up and walk to Hollywell lane. (Various members of the group can take photographs infront of Crucial at other locations eg; other walls of graffiti, a basic art sculpture, a public staircase.)
1.00: Arrive at Hollywell lane
1.05: Set up equipment and instruct the artist of what to do.
1.10: Shoot necessary shots...
1.35: Pack up equipment and leave.
